Work is coming along nicely on the Key Food on Bay Ridge Avenue (aka 69th street) and Third Avenue. Store owners tentatively plan to open in July, according to a representative of City Councilman Vincent J Gentile. (tip of the hat)
Neighbors around the site tell Bayridgistan that work has been on-going during the weekdays, with the facing of the building, as well as the basic concrete floor now finished (ok, so maybe a few people peeked in).
